Who operates GrowMargin

GrowMargin is operated by Piyush Kaushik(Developer). By using GrowMargin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions? Email piyush.kaushik02@gmail.com.

What GrowMargin is

GrowMargin is a catalog-profit analysis tool for independent Shopify and Etsy sellers. It provides estimates based on the catalog data and assumptions used in an audit. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice.

Accuracy of results

GrowMargin analyzes profit based on the inputs you provide and the fee presets configured in the app. Platform fees can vary by seller plan, country, product, promotion, and other provider-specific factors. Pre-loaded defaults are starting points — not guarantees. Always verify platform fees and the exported recommendation against your own seller account before making pricing or business decisions. GrowMargin does not change your store and is not responsible for decisions made based on results produced by the tool.

Payment and access

• GrowMargin offers Free (try with limits), Basic, and Pro as one-time payments — not a subscription.
• First-time Basic or Pro purchases include a 7-day refund window. Email piyush.kaushik02@gmail.com from the Google account you used to pay. Refunds are for the purchase amount; App Store purchases follow Apple's applicable rules.
• After 7 days, or where required otherwise by law, payments are otherwise final once access has been activated.
• Your access remains active for as long as the service exists. We do not charge recurring fees.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for new users. Existing paid users are not affected.

Previously issued Access Passes

GrowMargin does not currently sell Access Passes. If you hold a previously issued code, it is single-use, may be redeemed only once, and is tied to one account. Attempting to resell, share, or misuse a code may result in access being revoked.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

GrowMargin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piyush Kaushik(Developer) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any business decisions made based on the results it provides.

Service availability

We aim to keep GrowMargin running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of GrowMargin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
